Around 15% of Australians suffer from chronic insomnia. Insomnia is defined as persistent difficulty with sleep initiation, duration, consolidation or quality.

Causes of insomnia are multifactorial and may be due to your sleeping environment, biological factors, poor sleep hygiene, social stresses, drugs and stimulants, medical conditions, nutritional deficiencies, psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal dysfunction or neurological issues. Hypnosis can work extremely well for insomnia, however it is likely that there are underlying issues that need to be addressed first or simultaneously.

A hypnotic health program will be designed specifically for you and your health needs. It may include holistic medicine, lifestyle advice, nutritional advice and/or massage.
